I welcome you to fitness wahm.  Obviously you are here because you want tips for your workouts and probably tips on how to get your workouts into your day.

I am a personal trainer and I am also a Mom.  I deal every day in trying to fit it all in.  Just like all of you, at the end of the day I want to go home.  The last thing I want to do is get up even earlier or stay later and get my workout in.  lol  Ah, see, I’m human.  ;)

So let’s all help each other with great tips to get it done and be successful in our workouts.  We don’t have to work out for hours a day to succeed, we just need to be productive while we are doing it.
