I welcome you to fitness wahm. Obviously you are here because you want tips for your workouts and probably tips on how to get your workouts into your day.
I am a personal trainer and I am also a Mom. I deal every day in trying to fit it all in. Just like all of you, at the end of the day I want to go home. The last thing I want to do is get up even earlier or stay later and get my workout in. lol Ah, see, I’m human.
So let’s all help each other with great tips to get it done and be successful in our workouts. We don’t have to work out for hours a day to succeed, we just need to be productive while we are doing it.
